OPIN, Ontario Photonics Industry Network, is an incorporated, not-for-profit, industry-led network, funded under the Government of Ontario (Ministry of Research and Innovation, and Ontario Research Commercialization Program.)  Established in 2007, membership is open to all Ontario companies, institutions and individuals interested or engaged in the development, use and marketing of photonics-related technologies.

OPIN's vision is to become a sustainable, integrated, industry-led network of photonics related people, companies and organizations in Ontario that interact closely, share ideas and expertise within and across academic/industry boundaries and strive for mutual success.
