The OPIN model is structured to enable Chapters or Clusters to exist within the OPIN framework without duplication of infrastructure and effort. The Chapters or Clusters will have access to the OPIN backbone infrastructure including; Web pages, mail outs, networking and workshop event planning, event and news publication.

This model allows for easy formation of groups focused on what is important for them, for example geographic, technology, sector or service. Once you have joined OPIN, you can be part of any Chapter or Cluster that is of interest.
